William Marcellus "Marc" Williams

William Marcellus “Marc” Williams, 72, of Reidsville passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Hospice House of Rockingham County.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 29 from 5 PM – 7PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home. The family is planning a memorial service at a future date.

Marc was born to the late William Elbert Williams and Mary Jordan in New Hanover County. Marc worked at Monroeton Golf Course clubhouse for over ten years and he proudly served in the Air Force. He loved to play golf, was an avid Tarheel fan, loved music and was a member of the Reidsville Rotary Club for many years. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ray Williams. 
Marc is survived by his wife of 32 years, Laura Harris Williams; children, Crystal Boyd and husband Jamie, Bryce Williams, Todd Riordan and wife Krista, Dave Bradshaw, Helen Boone; nieces, nephews, seven grandchildren; brother, Robin Williams and wife Pam; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Susan and Monti Allen; and a host of great friends who will all miss him dearly. 

The family would like to send a special thanks to Dr. Kenneth Karb, Dr. Charles Carver and Hospice of Rockingham County for their care of Marc.
