William Christopher Knight

William “Chris” Knight, 58, of Summerfield, passed away at his home on Sunday, March 23, 2025.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Chris was born in Guilford County to the late William Lee Knight, Jr. and Martha Whitley Knight. He graduated from Northwest Senior High School in Greensboro in 1984 and worked as a land surveyor for many years until his health declined. He always had a smile on his face, was fun loving, and a jokester. It made his day when he could make others laugh.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kaylee Knight.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Knight; daughter, Ally Knight; sister, Tracey Knight Chandler.

Chris will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
