Wendy Tudor McCollum Pruitt

It is with heavy hearts that Bob and Myra Tudor announce the passing of our precious daughter, Wendy Tudor McCollum Pruitt. She left this world and entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, November 28, 2025 at the age of 49.

Prior to her illness, she worked as a Travel Consultant with her dear friend Pam Cundiff.

Wendy Lorene (as her daddy called her, as well as Miss Priss and Wendy Toots) fought a long and courageous battle of inoperable pancreatic cancer since March 8, 2024. Even though doctors stated they could give her close to 5 years to live with receiving chemo; God had a better plan and that was to end her suffering and take her home. Wendy wanted to live to see her grandbabies Jameson Hunt McCollum and Rylee Jean McCollum enter this world and she did.

The other major event in her life was to marry the man, Jerry Pruitt who she believes was sent from God to help carry her through one of the hardest times in her life.

Wendy leaves behind those of us to cherish her memory and to try to learn to live with the love she left us all: her loving husband, Jerry Pruitt; her mother and father, Myra and Bob Tudor, her two sons: Carter McCollum (Stacy Rickman) and Spencer McCollum (Dakota Davis); her three brothers: Roy Sawyers (Robin); R. Troy Tudor (Cheryl Bonton); Christopher Tudor (Crystal Wilson), and special nephew Sawyer Tudor. Also, Special aunt and uncle, Cheryl and Glenn Tudor and special aunt, Karen Ward and many crazee and fun-loving friends like herself.

A visitation will be held Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home. The family will meet at 12:15 PM for a time of Prayer in Celebration of Wendy’s Life and anyone wishing to attend is welcome.
