Vivian Leigh Sossaman McQueen
Vivian Leigh McQueen passed from this life on October 29, 2020 to join all the other Christian saints in Heaven after an extended illness. She was born on May 29, 1941 to Edward C and Helen Sossaman in Roanoke, Virginia. Prior to retirement, she worked as a Sales Manager for Zarn, Inc. and resided in Reidsville, N.C. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Jim McQueen of Reidsville, loving son Timothy McQueen of Browns Summit, NC, loving daughter Angela McQueen of Reidsville, NC, loving brother Edward C Sossaman, Jr, sister-in-law Betsi Sossaman, of Port St Lucie, FL, sister-in-law’s Sharon Kincaid of Greensboro, NC, Linda Carroll of Goldsboro, NC and Mandi Sossaman of Reidsville, NC and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dick Sossaman. Vivian was active in the women’s circle at Grace Fellowship Church at South Park in Reidsville and also in Bible Study Fellowship International. A Celebration of Christian Life Service is scheduled at 1:00pm on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Grace Fellowship Church in Reidsville. Messages to the family may be left on the Wilkerson Funeral Home (Reidsville, NC) website. The family requests use of masks and social distancing as a Covid 19 precaution for everyone’s safety. Interment will follow at Guilford Memorial Park, Gate City Blvd. in Greensboro, NC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to Grace Fellowship Church of Reidsville, NC.To plant memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Vivian Leigh Sossaman McQueen, please visit our flower store.

Vivian was a beautiful and caring friend. Not only did we work together for several years but we have Known each other since the 70s. Prayers and love to Jim, Angela and Tim and other loved ones.
