Susie Atkins Mundy

Reidsville: Susie Mundy, 82, of 224 Gordon Street, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Beacon Place in Greensboro. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at East Side Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will see friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 1-2 PM at the church. She was a retiree of Creighton Shirt Factory and attended East Side Baptist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Mundy; a daughter; a son; three sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Cain and husband, Bobby; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Special thanks to Beacon Place for the care given to Susie.
