Ronnie, I first met you when I came to play basketball with you under Coach Stafford at Wentworth. We had some good times on and off the court. I had to show you how to dunk a basketball,
haha. Some of our good times was when we were called to serve our country in Vietnam. We along with Ralph Handy and others out of our beloved school Wentworth went to a place that was a long ways from the tobacco fields and basketball court of dear ole Wentworth. I will never forget when I found out that you were in An The base camp where I was and I looked you up. The look on your face was unforgettable seeing we we're 9,000 miles from home yet God put us together again. I should have known that God had a plan for us both. I will miss our times and reunions together. I will try and pray for your family daily. Till we meet again in Heaven, I will always be your friend and comrade in arms. I love you man. Ernie Ratliff
