Ricky Allen Strader

Augusta, Ga. – Entered into rest Monday, January 31, 2011, Mr. Ricky Allen Strader, 56, husband of Mrs. Kaye Strader. Funeral services were held 2:00 PM Friday, February 4, 2011 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery.Mr. Strader was a native of Reidsville and resided in Augusta, Ga. for the past 21 years. He was a Traffic Engineer for Augusta Richmond County and was a member of Victory Baptist Church of North Augusta.Family members include daughter, Amanda Patterson; sons, Jason Strader, Neil Strader (Miah), Ben Strader (Christine); mother, Elaine Strader; sister, Patsy French (Randy); 6 grandchildren and one on the way and a number of cousins, nephews and nieces.The family received friends from 6-8 PM Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at 1236 Wolf Island Road.Memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association, 22418 Blue Ridge Road 206, Raleigh, North Carolina 27607
