Rebecca "Becky" Ann Andrews

Rebecca “Becky” Ann Andrews, 78, of Browns Summit went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Clint McCann officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and at other times at the home of her sister, Sandra Stone.

Becky was born in Guilford County to the late William Riley and Roxie Gregory Andrews, Sr. She was a charter member of Spring Lake Baptist Church in Burlington for 40 years, where she shared her love of music by singing and teaching children. Her faith and kindness touched so many lives over the years. She retired from Lincoln Financial Group after 45 years and was always ready to travel, but she was just as happy at the bowling alley with friends. One of her biggest joys was being in the kitchen—she was a great cook, known especially for her chess cake and her homemade chicken and dumplings. Cooking for others was her way of showing love. She also loved the North Carolina Tar Heels.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Louise Adams and Joyce Robinson, and her brother, Billy Andrews. She is survived by her sisters, Kathy Sue Andrews and Sandra Stone and husband Keith; numerous nieces and nephews; and her dear friend, Rhonda Wolfe.
