Peggy Knowles Denny

Peggy Knowles Denny, 78, of Reidsville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Gibson House of Rockingham County.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 17, 2022 at Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Denny officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Peggy was born in Rockingham County to the late Howard and Sarah Knowles. She was a member of Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church and trusted God in every step of her life. She loved to help people any chance she had.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jack Denny; and son, Robert Gerald Denny.

She is survived by her sons, David Bruce Denny (Darlene and daughter Emily) and Robert Jack Denny II (Lynn); granddaughter Mackenzie Dale Denny; brothers, Mike Knowles and Dales Knowles; and sisters Mozelle Gibson and Rita Sneed.

Peggy loved her family and community dearly and will be greatly missed by them.
