Reidsville: Paul Derke Echols, 42, of 299 Rockingham Lake Road, died Friday, January 1, 2010 at his home.Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Evergreen Memory Gardens with Rev. Rudy Woods officiating. Paul was a native of Rockingham County. He was self employed as a painter and handyman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Wilson Echols.He is survived by his son, C.J. Echols; his father, James Echols; his brother, Mike Echols and wife, Liz; his sister, Cindy Echols; special friends, Cathee and Taylor Zbynski all of Reidsville; and his special pet, Redd.The family will receive friends at his father’s home (264 Rockingham Lake Road).
