Reidsville-Patricia Fain McKinney, 64, of 623 Mangum Road, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Thursday evening, March 8, 2012 at her home.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gordon Fisher officiating. The burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens.Pat was a lifelong resident of Rockingham County. She was the owner and operator of her own beauty shop for over 45 years. She was a member Reidsville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Pat loved life; she put God first and always considered others before herself. She was a fun person and always made people laugh. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth W. McKinney of the home; her son, Kenneth Rial McKinney and wife, Jennifer; her daughter, Starr Beth McKinney DePriest and husband, Matt all of Reidsville; grandchildren, Samuel and Micah McKinney, Emma and Tanner DePriest; her parents, Starley and Mary Fain of Reidsville; her brothers, Forrest Fain and wife, Debbie and James Fain and wife, Myra all of Reidsville; nieces and nephews and many friends.The family will receive friends Saturday, March 10 at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and other times at her home.Memorial Contributions may be made to Reidsville Pentecostal Holiness Church, C/O Linda Cobb, 121 Davidson Drive, Reidsville, NC 27320.Wilkerson Funeral Home is assisting the family and condolences may be sent to www.wilkersonfuneral.com.
