Nathaniel Sincere Blackstock

Madison – Nathaniel Sincere Blackstock, was born and died on Monday, February 7, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. The family will be having a private service at a later date but will be receiving friends at his mother’s home. Nathaniel is survived by his mother, Heidi Nicole Blackstock of 1169 Smothers Road, Madison; his father, Corey Montez Martin of Eden; sisters, Nakiah, Valencia and Ciara Blackstock; maternal grandparents, Alvin and Patricia Gentry of Reidsville; paternal grandparents, Joseph Martin of Eden and Lillian Martin of Cincinnati, OH; aunt, Jessica Gentry of Eden and uncle, Jermaine Martin of Charlotte, NC.
