Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Dora; his children Juan, Christian, Mel, and Karen; one granddaughter Isabella Grace; his parents Juan Nava Padron and Antonia Medina Martinez; and his siblings Sabas, Isidro, Martin, and Oliva and a multitude of loving friends.
Melquiades was born in a small town in Tamaulipas, Mexico, he then came into the U.S at the age of 15. In his mid-twenties Melquiades met and fell in love with his wife Dora Tovar. In their time of marriage, they settled in Madison and raised 4 beautiful children. He was loved widely and deeply by many people from young to old. Anyone who knew Melquiades, knew that he was truly a testament of love, benevolence, and generosity. Melquiades will be greatly missed; he was someone who brought a light so great into this world that even in his absence his light remains.
