Mary G DeFalco

Mary G DeFalco, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, May 22, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Community Baptist Church. Mary was born in Tampa, Florida to the late John and Eleanor Gwaltney on November 10, 1948, and born again in April of 1975 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was an English professor, Sunday School Bible Teacher, painter, mother, grandmother and mentor to many. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved step mother, Christine Gwaltney and sister, Wanda Richardson. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Dewey DeFalco; children, Lucas and Julie DeFalco, Nathan and Amy DeFalco, Meredith and Daniel Bauerkemper; grandchildren, Laura, Ashley, Nadia, Olivia, Daniel, Amelia, Naomi, and Norah as well as a loving extended family.
