Martha Frances Shelton Hankins

Martha Hankins passed peacefully and went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2026, at age 88. She was born and raised in Reidsville, NC.

Visitation will be held at Wilkerson Funeral Home in Reidsville, on Monday, April 6th, at 1:00 P.M., followed by a Memorial service at 2:00 P.M. Immediately afterward, she will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Cicero “Pete” Hankins.

She is survived by her son Randy Hankins & his wife Margaret, grandson Christopher Hankins & his wife Jenn, great grandchildren Addison Hankins, Avery Hankins, Andrew Hankins, Jackson Wilcox, sister Sandra Craig, brother Mike Shelton & his wife Faith, as well as numerous nieces and nephews - all of whom she loved very much.

In lieu of flowers, Martha wished that donations be made to Mount Jubilee Ministries (PO Box 81, Reidsville, NC 27320).
