Louis Walker Adams

Louis Walker Adams, 70, of 1113 Wolf Island Road, went home to be with The Lord and his loved ones on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

There will be no formal service at this time.

Louis was born in Pittsylvania County, VA to the late Richard and Nannie Adams. He worked for the NC Department of Transportation for over 30 years and retired in 2004. He loved his family and friends, drinking a cold one and watching the races with his best friend Joe Neal. Louis also enjoyed fishing and was always a hard worker. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Virginia Adams; daughter Tina Turner; grandson Zackary Turner and his brothers and sisters.

Louis is survived by his daughter Jeanie Lovelace; son Jerry Jenkins; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother William Hawkins and a large extended family.
