Linda Mae Bowling Cocchiaro

Linda Mae Bowling Cocchiaro, 82, of Reidsville, NC, passed away at her home on Friday, December 29, 2023.

The family will receive friends and family at Gasch’s Funeral Home in Hyattsville MD on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Funeral services will ne at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 19 th at Gasch’s Funeral Home, followed by the burial at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.

Linda was born in Washington, DC to the late William D. Bowling and Josephine Burnside Bowling.  She retired from the Department of Agriculture with 32 years of service.  She was of the Catholic faith.   She loved to read and spend time with her family.  She and her husband, Paul, moved from Maryland to Reidsville, NC, ten years ago, to enjoy the quite countryside.  

She is survived by her husband, Paul; son, Eric; daughter, Michele; grandchildren Emily, Sophia, Angelo and Luca; and multiple nieces and nephews.
