I grew up across the street from Lawrence. I remember the old Volkswagen he use to drive back in the early 80's.. He was always nice to me. I'm sure he will be missed.

I love how he was always so patient with us and how compassionate he was for his passions and his firmly held beliefs. I miss him. He'd give the shirt off his back to a stranger. He quit smoking before I was born but would keep packs of cigarettes around so he could give them to his visitors. I love you Daddy. Hurry back every chance you get.
