Larry Glenn French

Larry Glenn French, 75, went home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2019. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Allen Myers officiating. The visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday evening June 16, 2019 at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM and other times at the home. Larry was born in Pittsylvania County to the late Ira Elmer and Helen East French. He was a hard worker and the owner/operator of French Tire Company. Larry was an avid sportsman, especially hunting and fishing. Larry was broken hearted after Peggy’s death, and they will both be missed. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Peggy Strader French and his brother, Elmer Wayne French. Survivors include his sons, Timothy Glenn French and Terry Wesley French; grandchildren, Susan, Wesley, Matthew, Grace and Cheyenne French; brothers, Danny Ray French and wife, Nancy, Gary Vann French and Randy Dean French and a large extended family Condolences may be sent to the family at www.wilkersonfuneral.com.
