Summerfield– Kathryn Rebecca “Becky” Miles McCollum, 78 of 6859 NC Hwy. 65, Summerfield, died Monday, April 14, 2008, at Annie Penn Hospital Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 17, 2008, at Bethany United Methodist Church with Rev. James A Raines officiating.   Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. McCollum was born on April 5, 1930 to the late Mike B. and Mazzie L. Gann Miles. She was of the Methodist faith and was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Becky was a homemaker and loved her family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Miles. Becky is survived by her loving husband, Joe Pleasant McCollum of the home; son, Robert Daniel McCollum; daughters, Marisa Jo McCollum and Nancy McCollum Conner; grandchildren, Brandon Wesley Conner, Jeremy Daniel McCollum, and Mary Caitlin Conner; sisters, Dorothy Burick, Ruth Moore and Margie McDonald. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 16 at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6:30 – 8:30 PM and other times at the home.   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Rockingham Co., P.O.
