Wow. What a way to find out your father died. Unfortunately, I was never told he was sick. At least he was able to meet his only granddaughter, Rebecca, but he left this earth before meeting his great -grandson Benjamin. Kathy, I am sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear of the passing of JoJo. I always admired him when we lived in Boonton. I was a young kid and he had a good job and a car. He was always kind to me and he visited our family often. After we moved to upstate New York we lost touch, but I always remember him fondly.

Jo Jo,
I know I lost touch with you over the years, but I remember growing up near you on Highland Ave in Boonton. You were always a loyal nephew to my Dad, Steve Rak, from his borrowing your Chyrsler to grocery shop or you driving a rental truck from Boonton to upstate NY 200 miles through the Poconos in 1961 when we moved. I was 9, thanks for the good memories. Rest in peace Jo Jo.
Your cousin, Dave Rak

Kathy, I am so very sorry for your loss. I've enjoyed cutting both yours and Joe's hair over the past several years. I know he will be missed. Prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.
