Just found out Joe had passed away, always enjoyed his great enthusiasm for all things big and small. The Cuozzi family was a gift to Yorktown, I will remember Joe as a wonderful classmate, friend and Shark fishing buddy, rest in peace Joe.

Thoughts and Prayers going out to Joe's Family. Maggie Guinan

Joe welcomed me like a member of his family and I will always have a lot of love and respect for him. He was a public servant dedicating the majority of his life to law enforcement and to quote Rick Rigsby, "There is no greater calling than that of a servant." He will be missed.

Lots of fun times with Joe. On a fishing trip to the Outer Banks, his friend, Wayne was frantically searching for Joe's "other shoe" when they arrived. Joe just sat silently chuckling because he had a unilateral lower leg amputation several years before. So good hearted and funny. We shared a lot of precious memories with Joe, Vicky, and MaryJane!
