Guestbook

He was my pops, I would go spend time with him as often as I could, he had a bit of a partying lifestyle so I didn\'t visit by on occasions, I was married in the living room of his estate at 2003 Lickfork Creek Rd Reidsville NC. Lived with him for some time after my wife and I separated I done alot of work to the house and outside property at the location, I for unknown reasons was left out of any knowledge of his health issues, deciding factors on why he was deemed incompetent and placed in the rehab center by his brother Dennis Terrell who has discrediting me as John\'s son and left me and any acknowledgement of my being his son to the courts, and anyone else who didn\'t know of this already, I was left in the dark to learn about my father and his passing away from a family friend who sent me the obituary asking why I was not named or anything about my children Jonhs grandchildren, Dennis Terrell and my father did not get along see eye to eye, and Dennis was always bullying my pops and wanting what my dad had, Dennis was awarded everything of my father\'s estate and I was slapped with criminal charges of theft for 2 junk cars that were sold to try and clean up the yard and the inside of the house in order to bring my pops home from the rehab center his brother placed him in, but I was headed off and told I was not allowed on the property and I had no rights to anything on the property and that I would be arrested if I came back on the property, and I was charged for larceny which is still in court proceedings in Rockingham Co superior court. I still have had no one contact me about my father and his brother Dennis has everything that should and rightfully been given to me as my inheritance he doesn\'t have a Will on file or trust..

Wesley was a long time friend from back in our young teen years. Alot of the old gang back then are gone now, but we all shared some good, and some bad memories. Life sure did pass us by so fast. Wesley was my nephew Jody's dad. Wesley has 3 beautiful granddaughters, 1 grandson and 2 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson. Hate that he never got to know them. Prayers for his family's loss.
