So sorry to hear about John's passing. I didn't get to see him much during later years, but enjoyed years ago when we would visit with him and his dear mother and sweet wife. He called me a few months back when he learned of my illness and it was so good to hear from him again. He was truly a good man and I was proud to call him my nephew. May the dear Lord that he trusted in send peace and comfort to his family at this sad time.

John and Janie were good friends to Frank and I. My first trip to Myrtle Beach was with them. Janie and I met thur our jobs in Greensboro and began riding to work together, becoming good friends thur the years. As time goes on , we had our families and moved on to other jobs but would run into each other on occasion , and would catch up and talk about old times. John and Frank were two clowns making jokes and always cutting up. It was very heartbreaking when Janie got sick and then passed, leaving John. Now they are together again.. my prayers are with their children and family.
