John Michael Benham

John Michael Benham, 71, of Ruffin passed away on October 19, 2023.

John was born in Washington State to the late John Robert Benham and Vanice Anna-May Oyler. He was extremely mechanically and artistically gifted. He spent his time rebuilding muscle cars, custom bicycles, restoring old guitars working on motorcycles. He was also a master gardener and enjoyed spending time in his yard. Anything he planted flourished. Most of all, he cared about people’s souls. He led many to the Lord in his time. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Dustin Benham and brother, Stephen Benham.

John is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dorriann Lince; daughter, Mandy Benham; sister, Michelle Frey; nephew, Christopher; niece, Jennifer; stepchildren, Paul, Tabitha, Amie, and Matthew as well as a large and loving group of extended family and friends.
