James Allen Caulder

Eden: James Allen Caulder, 77, of 1267 Town Creek Road, Eden, formerly of Pecan Road, Reidsville died Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Annie Penn Hospital.   Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Harmon and Rev. Sandy Brown officiating.   Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.   James was born in Scotland County to the late Joseph Allen and Daisy Snipes Caulder.   He was a member of the Church of the Living God and served in the US Army. He was a tax accountant and owner of H&R Block of Madison for 35 years.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Caulder; sons, Jimmy Caulder, Danny Harmon and sister, Martha Hoffman. He is survived by his daughters, Deborah Cook and husband, Dean and Janet Harmon Courts; sons, Floyd Caulder, Sr. and Billy Harmon and wife, Teresa; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and brother, Troy Caulder and wife, Jo Ellen. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 6-8PM.   At other times the family will be at the home of Deborah and Dean Cook, 1267 Town Creek Road, Eden.
