Listen to Obituary

Gary “Gman” Wayne Fagg, 63, of Ruffin, went home on November 10, 2025. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 PM Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Wilkerson Funeral Home.A private burial will follow at another time at Mt. Carmel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the home.

Gary “Gman” Fagg was born in Guilford County to the late Sidney Fagg and Patricia Ann Wood.

Gman loved the outdoors. Whether he was hunting, fishing, or riding four-wheelers, that’s where he felt most at home. He enjoyed good company, a good laugh, and being surrounded by family and friends—especially his grandbabies.

He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket. He did his best to be there for everyone and faced life with strength, courage, and a big heart.

In addition to his parents, Gman was preceded in death by his first wife, Cindy, and his sister, Robin Fagg Hairston.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Debra Fagg; brothers Alan Fagg and Patrick Fagg; children Clinton Fagg, Misty Cheek, Logan Fagg, and Nathan Fagg; and grandchildren Nicolas, Levi, Garrett, Shawn, Jaxon, and Rosalee. He is also lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family kindly asks that memorials be made to Nothing Pink, 2145 Celanese Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732, in support of breast cancer awareness.
