Garland Constant Moricle

Garland Constant Moricle, 74, went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 23, 2026, at Annie Penn Hospital. A native of Rockingham County, he was born on July 18, 1951, son of the late Mullen C. Moricle, Jr and Virginia Hobbs Moricle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Arnold Timothy Moricle. He is survived by his brothers, Marshall Moricle and wife, Mary of Mayodan, Wesley Moricle and significant other, Sarah Jones of Whitsett; niece, Pam Hopkins and husband, Brian; nephews, Randy Moricle and wife, Christie, Wesley McBride and wife Tiffany, Stevie Moricle and his wife, Jonathan Moricle, and many cousins.

Garland retired from Lowes Foods and lived his life sharing the Gospel and serving his Lord and Savior. He was a loving and kind man and will be greatly missed. He enjoyed watching TV prophecies, listening to Praise and Worship and watching sports.
