Faron "Woody" Dean Wilson

Faron Dean Wilson, 70, of Vernon Hill, VA took ahold of the Lord’s hand and went home on Friday, February 9, 2024, A memorial service will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Stephen White officiating. Woody was born in Rockingham Co, NC to the late Jack Wade & Evelyn Curry Wilson.

Woody loved fishing and spending time outdoors. He loved to watch western movies, collect coins and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Sylvia Wilson; son, Jason Wilson; daughter Samantha Wilson; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters and 1 brother.
