Elaine Wray Harrelson

Elaine Wray Harrelson, age 68, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 30, 2020. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Elaine was born in Reidsville, NC to the late Jack and Eva Wray. She retired from Burlington Industries after 30 years of service. For many years she fought a courageous battle with cancer. She was a kind woman who loved many people but most of all she loved her family. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Mickey Harrelson; sons, Michael Harrelson and wife Christy and David Harrelson; grandchildren, Katelynn, Liam, Eva and Lydia Harrelson as well as a loving extended family. Along with her parents, Elaine is preceded in death by her brother, Randy Wray and father-in-law, Rev. Claude Harrelson. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County at P.O BOX 241, Wentworth NC 27375.
