Douglas Keith Nabors

Douglas Keith Nabors, 63, of Browns Summit, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at his home.

A celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, December 11, 2023, at Wilkerson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. 

Doug was born in Guilford County and retired from Miller Coors. He was a gifted mechanic and after his retirement, he enjoyed woodworking. Doug was always concerned about others and willing to lend a helping hand. 

Doug is survived by his wife Joyce Nabors; his daughter Tonya King; grandchildren Jordan Perdue, Nathan Perdue, Tyler Perdue, and Aiden Frost; mother Shelvie McGehee (Clarence); father Jim Nabors (Georgia); brother Barry Nabors; extended family and his loving furry companions Missy and Sophie.
