Danny Wayne Eastwood Sr.

Danny Wayne Eastwood Sr., 73, of Eden passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Danny was born in Rockingham County to the late Roy Clarence Eastwood and Velma McCullough Eastwood. He was a tobacco farmer and ended his career as a landscaper for Jimmy’s Landscaping. He loved fishing and his grandbabies. 

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his son Jacob Isaac Eastood and numerous brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rhonda Graves Eastwood; daughters Jane Hamm (Randy), Danny Eastwood, Jr.; Joan Eastwood (Dante); 3 granddaughters Dakota “Nacho” Pettigrew, Hannah “Taco” Sheckells, Madison “Snot Baby” Hill; great-grandson Lincoln “Link Link” Sheckells; sister, Helen Cross (Junior), brothers, Roy Junior Eastwood (Emily), James Thomas Eastwood (Jean), Glenn Eastwood (Janet), Billy Eastwood (Virginia), Larry Eastwood (Evelyn Sapp) as well as a loving extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
