Daisy Mae

Daisy Mae was called home on January 9th, 2026, at the age of 46, in Reidsville, NC. Daisy Mae was born in Rockingham County to Ricky Easter and the late Betty Jo Easter, who both loved her dearly. A loving daughter, a wonderful mother, an amazing wife, and of course a gentle granny. Our mama was known for always lighting up any room she went in with her warm smile and bright soul. Of all special gifts in life however great or small, to have her as a mother was the greatest gift of all.

She is survived by her father Ricky Easter, Daughters Trinity and Jasmine Ellis, Son Trenton Ellis, Grandson Zeke Ricchini, Husband Thomas Carter. Family and friends will miss her but hope will find peace in knowing she’s found that in being home with our Lord and Savior. Deep in our hearts, her life will always be kept, loved, and cherished. There’s no more tomorrow’s we can share but yesterday’s will never be forgotten. “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00, January 24th at The Wilkersons Funeral Home, Pastor Caleb Layne officiating. Friends are welcomed one hour prior to the service to meet with the Family.
