"Connie" Lula Mae Reynolds

“Connie” Lula Mae Reynolds, of Reidsville, NC died peacefully on July 8, 2025.

Born January 27, 1929, to parents, Myrtle Lester Powell and Ira M. Powell of Caswell County, NC, as one of ten children. Connie is predeceased by all her siblings and spouse, “Tommy” Thomas M. Reynolds, Sr., originally of Iredell County, NC; and daughter, Carolyn R. Morgan; grandson, Alex Reynolds. She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Bullock and spouse, Mike Bullock; sons, “Chip” Thomas M. Reynolds, Jr. and spouse, Toni Reynolds, “Donnie” Donald William Reynolds and wife, Tammy Reynolds; grandchildren, Eric Moon, Yates Moon, Matt Morgan, Taelor Stone, Lindsay Evans, Ramsey Morales, Thomas M. Reynolds, III, Adam Horne and Michael Bullock, Paige Cross, and Julian Cross; 19 great grandchildren.

Connie became an employee of American Tobacco County in 1946 where she met her husband, Tommy. She was very passionate in her devotion, love and commitment to her husband and children. As a former Virginia Beauty Queen, she never missed an opportunity to observe and celebrate a beauty pageant. She always noticed the beauty of life around her, whether physical, natural or spiritual. She was a devout Christian who taught her children to love and respect everyone, even to care for those who may have done harm to you.

A private funeral service attended by immediate family was held at Evergreen Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
