Brenda McDaniel Farrar

Brenda McDaniel Farrar, 74, of Reidsville, NC passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born on September 28, 1947 in Greensboro, NC, where she also worked in the medical field for over 35 years. She loved to read, go to the beach, and spend time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Paul L. McDaniel Sr. and Frances Compton McDaniel, her husband of 52 years Ronnie Farrar, and son Scott Farrar. She is survived by her daughter Angie Farrar O’Bryant and husband Timmy. Grandchildren Ashley O’Bryant Stanley, Tommy O’Bryant and wife Savannah, Megan O’Bryant French and husband Trey, and Michael Farrar. Great grandchildren Noah Stanley, September O’Bryant, and Jade O’Bryant. Brother Les McDaniel and wife Aurora, sisters Anne McDaniel Prevo and husband David, and Susan Balzerick and husband Eddie. Special family friends David and Janet O’Bryant, Jerry and Jean Cooke, and Cheyanne and Alana Wilmoth. She also had many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 27,2022 at Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr. Reidsville, NC). The family will see friends one hour prior to the service from 11:00 to 12:00. At other times the family will be at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in honor of Brenda to Hospice of Rockingham County.
