Martha Irene Elledge Evans

Martha E. Evans, 48, of Reidsville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Annie Penn Hospital. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Bill Terrell officiating. There will be no formal visitation but the family will be gathered at Jo Ann Sizemore’s home (108 Camp Springs Road). Martha was born to the late Floyd Elledge and Bertha Cannon. She loved country music and spending time with her family. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, David Evans. She is survived by her sisters, Mary Corum and husband, Robert, Jo Ann Sizemore and Virginia Turner; brothers, James Goolsby and wife, Missy and Billy Goolsby and wife, Charlene; nieces, Amy Corum and her daughter, Lucille Bowers; special friend, Lisa Edmunds; and a large extended family.
