Linda Sue Strong

Linda Sue Strong, 72 of Reidsville, transitioned to her new heavenly home on Friday, September 14th after an extended illness. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 2:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation one hour prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. Linda retired from Annie Penn Hospital and previously worked at Trent’s Record Center. A graduate of Reidsville Senior High, she also attended Appalachian State and Western Carolina colleges. Linda was a member of Baptist Temple Church and had a strong Christian faith. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, William C. (Bill) and Willa Pierce (Johnnye) Strong. She is survived by uncle Bobby Pierce (Shirley) and cousins Susie Weidekamp, Rita Fergason, Pat Pierce, David Pierce, Ray Carter, Kenny Pierce, Ron Carter, Wendy Cook and Shay Johnson.
