Guestbook

Joyner was a cousin-in-law of Pucketts for so long that he became just a cousin. We knew that when the family gathered he would be there bringing his smile and hugs with him. His passing reflects a loss for our generation as well because he was one of the thousands who attended Woodstock. We talked just a couple of years ago about how his youthful adventure had ironically become a research paper interview on musical history for a teenager he knew. When a man passes, the library of his knowledge and experiences passed with him. Joyner is missed today and every day from this day forward. Cissy Murphy

Donna and family. This is Alma. It has taken me a few days to get my thoughts together. I didnt talk to Joyner that often, but when I did I could always count on Sugar, Darling and Honey. He always loved me as I loved him. When my brother died ( his cousin) he spoke at his funeral. He called me for several days after that to make sure I was okay. The last time I talked to him was when Aunt Kitty died. He was in the hospital. The last thing he said was I love you Sugar . He was a true Washburn male of our generation!!! Loving!!!! Please have peace knowing that he loved his Lord and his family. My love to all!!
