Annie Mae McCraw Little
Annie Mae McCraw Little, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 surrounded by her family.
A funeral service will be held at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Friday, November 20, 2020 with Dr. Terry L. Lawson officiating at 11 AM. The committal will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Annie Mae was born in Rockingham County to the late Monroe Franklin McCraw and Louise Elizabeth Miller McCraw. She was a lifetime member of New Heights Baptist Church and worked at Equity Meats for over 25 years before retiring. She was a loving mother and “Nanny”. Annie Mae loved to bake and cook, many people shared in the bounty from her kitchen. She was a hard worker and never spoke an ill word about anyone. Most of all she loved her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Gail Little and two sisters, Dorothy “Dot” Martin and Geneva “Jip” McCraw
Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years G. E. Little; children, Renea Friddle (Todd), Mike Little (Terri), Glenn Little (Dawn), and Linda Little; grandchildren, Kristy, Holly, Madison, Hannah, Alissa, Zakk, and Josh; great grandchildren, Lexi and Kloe; sisters, Bernice, Christine, Geraldine, and Inez along with a large and loving extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to AuthoraCare Collective at 2500 Summit Avenue Greensboro, NC 27405 or New Heights Baptist Church at 2796 HWY 14, Reidsville, NC 27320.
