Alice Wheeler Wyatt

Alice Wheeler Wyatt, 64, of 3073 Ashley Loop Rd. went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Baptist Temple Church with Rev. Ryan Burris officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, February 8, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Alice was a native of Rockingham County and was formerly employed with Cone Mills. She was a wonderful cook and adored her family, especially Jakob Alexander. Her generous and gracious spirit was evident as she always considered others first. She is preceded in death by her father, Walter A. Wheeler; her step father, Bobby Rape and her grandparents, Ida and Jack Donathan. She is survived by her husband, Paul “Mike” Wyatt of the home; her children, Kimberly Wyatt Tew of Eden and Jason Wyatt and wife, Allison of High Point; her grandson, Jakob Alexander Tew; her mother, Irene Donathan Rape; her brothers, Ronald Wheeler and wife, Rhonda and Randy Wheeler and wife, Mary Ann all of Reidsville and Frankie Wheeler and wife, Cindy of Summerfield; and extended family.
