Goldie Anderson

Reidsville- Mrs. Goldie Anderson, 72, of Reidsville passed away on Friday, May 12th, 2017 at Moses Cone Hospital after an extended illness. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at two o’clock on Monday, May 15th, 2017 at Reidlawn Cemetery. Pastor Rick Church of Summerfield Baptist Temple will officiate. Survivors include her husband of over fifty-years, J. L. Anderson of Reidsville; one daughter, Linda and husband, Todd Wheeler of Hickory; one son, John and wife, Brenda Anderson of Summerfield; grandchildren, Donald “Trey” Gwynn of Hickory; Brandon and wife, Ashley of Stokesdale; Brittany Shelton and husband Alan of Walnut Cove; James Lee Wheeler of Hickory; Brandi M. Toon of Hickory and Jeremy L. Turner and wife, Christy of Eden; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Mae Woodruff; brother, John Eames. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Polly Eames; two brothers, K. R. Eames and Tommy Eames and her daughter, Lois Lynn Turner.
